Can use bleach in the machine to clean floors?
We would not recommend using bleach in this machine as it could damage the machine
What kind of floors it can be used on?
The ILIFE W150 can be used on non-carpeted floor such as vinyl, tile, and sealed wood floors.
Why mopping the floor is not effective
Take out the roller.If it is dry and stiff,please soak it in water(under 50℃) and rub it evenly till it is completely soft.Then take it out of the water and aqueeze any axtra water out until it stops dripping.
How often do I need to clean the roller brush?
We recommend cleaning the roller brush after each use.
Does animal hair get wrapped around roller?
Normally this does not happen because the roller brush diameter size is big enough so it can avoid getting tangled. If there is a tangle, just remove the roller brush from its holder and use the cleaning tool to remove the hair tangle from the roller brush.
Do you have to use distilled water?
There is no need to use distilled water. Tap water is perfectly fine to use in the ILIFE W150. Please do not use hot water as this can cause internal damage to the pipes in the ILIFE W90.
Where should you store the ILIFE W150?
We recommend storing the ILIFE W150 on the storage tray that is provided with the ILIFE W150. The storage tray allows the self-cleaning function to work more easily as the tray was designed to fit the bottom of the ILIFE W150.
Do you have to vacuum an area first before using the ILIFE W150?

How do you start self-cleaning mode?
To start the ILIFE W150’s self-cleaning mode, please follow the following steps: Always keep the floor washer plugged in. Place the floor washer on the storage tray. Empty the Dirty Water Tank. The Clean Water Tank should be at least 1/3 full of water. Press self-cleaning button at the top of the handle to start the brush roll self-cleaning mode. The floor washer will automatically shut off once finished. The entire self-cleaning process takes about 90 seconds.
