What is Online Warranty Repair?
1. Online Warranty Repair is an online service that provides a convenient way for you to get support from our customer service team.
2. To use the Online Warranty Repair, you just need to submit the Online Warranty Repair Application Form.
3. Once our staff receives the Application Form, we will contact you within 1-2 business days.
How long will it take to have my robot repaired?
After we have received your robot, our engineer will complete the repair process within 5 business days, some irregular cases can take longer.
How do I track the repair status?
1. An e-mail will be sent to you with a link, case number and password. You can click the link and log in to check the repair status.
2. Or on the website you can click Support----Maintenance Progress Center and log in to check the repair status.
If out of warranty, how much will repairs cost and how do I pay?
1. After we received your robot, our engineer will verify your robot’s condition and give a repair quote.
2. The repair quote and payment request will be emailed to you.
3. Log in to Maintenance Center and make the payment via pay link. (Only PayPal is currently acceptable)
What specific parts do I need to send back for repairs?
1.Send back the robot, charging adapter, charging station and remote controller.
2.In addition, any parts which might be the cause of the failure.
Can I get my old and broken parts back like the battery?
1. The old and broken parts will be collected and given to the local recycling center for disposal according to the local policy.
2. If you have a special request, please contact customer service before the repair process starts.
How do I know if I qualify for an online warranty repair?
1. You can use the Product Verification on our homepage to check if the robot you have is a verified product.
2. Provide purchase information like Order ID and Purchase Date or upload a screenshot of the order.
3. All users with verified products that purchased from an ILIFE Official Distributor in the USA/Canada can apply for the online warranty service.
