FAQ
Considerations for Unable to Connect to the Application:
a. The machine is not connected to the network.
(1) Check if the networking mode selected in the application matches the actual mode.
(2) The WIFI password must be correctly entered.
(3) Check if the router has a blacklist for connecting to WIFI.
(4) It is not recommended to use public WIFI.
(5) The router must have wireless broadcasting enabled so that the machine can find the WIFI name.
b. The phone cannot find the machine's hotspot adh-XXXX
(1) Check the hotspot name of the machine adh-XXXX.
(2) Please confirm if your network configuration steps are correct. After starting, you need to wait for 30 seconds, then press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds to configure the network.
(3) Close and restart, then try again.

Charging Dock Not Found
(1) The machine must start on the charging dock. If the machine does not start on the charging dock, it may not be able to return to the dock.

(2) The charging dock needs to be placed in a relatively open area without obstacles around to affect the robot's docking on the charging base.

(2)Run the machine directly without the roller brush and side brush installed to see if there is any abnormal noise. If not, it may be normal noise generated by the main brush or side brush during operation.
